*Free shipping applies to orders that are shipped within the United States via USPS and does not include insurance. Deliveries may be shipped from multiple locations. While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we ask our customers to allow up to two weeks for delivery even though an order may be delivered in quicker time. If after two weeks, you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@briefdesire.com. Brief Desire reserves the right to use any shipping method we deem necessary although we will try to adhere to your chosen method. Please be aware that if delivers through the United States Postal Service USPS will not require a signature for delivery. Unless you are told otherwise by a Brief Desire representative, your order will be left in your mailbox or at the doorstep of the shipping address. For more information about the USPS‚ shipping procedures, please visit www.usps.com. A shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders. The shipping and handling cost is a non-negotiable flat rate fee that covers the cost of postage as well as handling and packaging costs. Please be advised that if you choose an expedited shipping method at an additional cost, your order still has to process through fulfillment. The expedited service starts at the time your package is shipped. If a delivery is refused by the customer without prior authorization from Brief Desire, a fee may be incurred for the return shipment and/or a restocking fee may be applied to any subsequent request for a refund.- Backorder Policy

If an item is on backorder, it may not be noted as such on our public websites. If a backordered item is ordered, we will do our best to contact the customer but cannot make any guarantee. - Brief Desire does not sell your personal information or collect your credit card information. We will not use your personal information for anything other than communicating information regarding your purchase and for promotion of brief Desire with the client.
- Returns & Replacements
- Brief Desire guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 7-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn portion including all tags and original packaging materials. All tags and product SKU identifications are required for a full refund. To receive a full refund, (less shipping and handling) all items must be unworn and returned within 7-days of the date of delivery. All items must contain their original packing materials and receipt. Please note in exception of California Civil Code, Section 1723; All swimwear and underwear is non-returnable. To process your return please complete the, Return Form‚ attached at the bottom of your invoice, and/or original order confirmation.
Please be aware, we can only accept returns for orders placed directly through www.briefdesire.com. Your original order identification number will be required on all returns. Product samples and free promotional product are not eligible for refund. All returns must be shipped at the customer expense, and thus can be shipped using the customer‚ choice of shipping carrier. Brief Desire is not responsible for damages resulting from return shipment by the customer. When you contact our Customer Service Team, please be able to provide the order number or the purchaser‚ information so we may easily locate the account in our system. Please allow two to four weeks for your return to be processed and documented in our system. Once the return is processed, it can take a number of days for the credit to post to your financial institution. All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you choose to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order as applicable. Defective or Wrong Item Received It is the customer‚ responsibility to contact us within 7-days of delivery if a defective or incorrect item was received. If we are not contacted until after the 7-day period regarding a defective or incorrect item received, the customer will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We currently accept the following online methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. NOTE: Please ensure your billing address on file with your financial institution matches the billing address provided. We do not accept cash, personal checks, or COD orders. In addition, Brief Desire is in no way responsible for any overdraft fees or other bank charges you may incur as a result of your purchase. It is your responsibility to retain all records of your purchase in the event it may be needed in the future. Should any personal information necessary to fulfill your order change after the time your order was placed (such as billing address, shipping address or phone number), it is your responsibility to contact us with updated information. If your order is returned to us due to being provided incorrect shipping information, you may be subject to a return shipment fee. Brief Desire reserves the right to store your personal information given to us in our secure database for business purposes. Your order confirmation will reflect the items ordered and the total amount to be charged. Brief Desire. will charge California sales tax on all orders delivered within California.
- Updating Account Information
- Your account information includes the basics of your account, such as the telephone number, email, address, etc. associated with your account, plus similar information associated with any registered users of your account. Any registered user of your account can modify account information. To edit this information: Log into your account and select the catagory would would like to update.
